Selection of our nominees is
being made with utmost care. It is based on strict proceedings
containing complete references from the previous employers, detailed
interview including professional, English and ISM essential
instructions knowledge tests. Additionally, all seafarers are being
examined for physical and psychological fitness. Ship owners should
also rest assured that our seafarers meet the necessary legal
certification. We are in strict compliance with STCW '95 imposed by
IMO, ISM and Flag State requirements, and all documentation is prepared
prior seafarer's employment from our experienced staff.
Quotation of the present year is
available upon request. All currency in US$. Wages and other expenses
are negotiable, provided, however, that the mutual benefit of all
parties concerned is protected.
